THE HOUSE
Baydreamer is a 3 bedroom family holiday home which comfortably accommodates up to 12 people with plenty of room to spare. Enjoy a game of pool in the downstairs family area, or simply sunbake on the pool beds on the deck upstairs. The living room is surrounded by sliding doors which opens on to the wooden deck where you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets while sipping on a cold drink next to a sizzling barbeque.

Upstairs: 3 Bedrooms with 2 Queen size beds,3 single bunk beds. Main bathroom with full size bath and separate shower. Large corner lounge upstairs in lounge area, with 6 seater dining table. Lounge room equipped with TV, sega retro gaming system, blue tooth speakers and DVD collection. The kitchen upstairs is fully equipped with utensils, pots, pans, cutlery and dining plates

Downstairs: Pool table and bar area downstairs, 1 Double size Fold out futon in separate open plan area.The second bathrooms has a separate shower and large laundry area

Please note: All linen sheets, quilts, pillows are provided. The property is not fenced off and backs on to an off leash dog park. However children and animals can be safely contained in the upstairs area.
THE BAY
Perfect for swimming, watercraft sports, fishing or just relaxing. Plenty of sand beaches within driving distance for a day at the beach

THE NATURE
The house backs onto an off leash dog park, morning and evenings you will see plenty of wildlife lazing and grazing around. Plenty of 4WD driving tracks, and bush walking adventures.
